Founded in 2010, Phoenix Design Concepts Inc. is an expansion of a previously existing company with a focus on performance wear production for more than 20 years. Founded and owned by Diana Baisa, Phoenix Design Concepts specializes in high quality and hand-crafted custom garments for clients nationwide. We look forward to producing new designs for those whose imagination has no limit!
Our purpose is to contribute to the communities that we live and work in by educating and training a talented workforce, improving their skills in a creative environment. While offering competitive pricing for equal product services and value, our high-quality control standards ensure that products delivered always meet customer satisfaction.
Our facility maintains and creates with over 58 highly advanced sewing machines, multiple state-of-the-art vacuum-powered cutting tables, other specialized machines, and modern design/production software. The machinery in our facility is maintenance and repaired in-house with our experienced mechanics. Our equipment is regularly tested for any performance issues to ensure it is functioning at peak levels for every project. Our vast array of machinery allows us to take on any design and production project, letting our team focus on completing the job efficiently without needing to worry about facility capabilities. We can produce anything and everything our minds can comprehend.
Each of our well-trained sewing engineers is trained at our facility for 2 weeks before beginning their work producing out top-of-the-line products, such as nationally recognized show choir dresses and suits, cutting edge dress garments, and market defining face masks. Our team of sewing engineers alongside our unbeatable, advanced machinery allows us to set the trends of the fashion and Cut & Sew industry. Many members of our team have been working with our Company President, Diana Baisa, for over 18 years showcasing that we value reliability and talent on our team. All members of our sewing engineer team can be entrusted with the most difficult projects to eventually master the skills and techniques required for consistent satisfactory results.
