Founded in 2010, Phoenix Design Concepts Inc. is an expansion of a previously existing company with a focus on performance wear production for more than 20 years. Founded and owned by Diana Baisa, Phoenix Design Concepts specializes in high quality and hand crafted custom garments for clients nationwide. We look forward to producing new designs for those whose imagination has no limit!
Our purpose is to contribute to the communities that we live and work in by educating and training a talented workforce, improving their skills in a creative environment. While offering competitive pricing for equal product services and value, our high quality control standards ensure that products delivered always meet customer satisfaction.

Phoenix Design Concepts provides customers with sample making, sourcing, and pattern making services for their desired products, which are designed, cut, sewn in the USA.

Green Fashion is about making clothes that considers the environment, the health of consumers and the working conditions of people in the fashion industry. Phoenix Design Concepts creates products that are a reflection of who we are. Founded with long lasting quality in mind, we believe that we have a responsibility to design products that promote healthy consumer habits and labor practices. The waste and pollution of fast fashion in addition to the disposable mindset of many consumers is not a sustainable production model. Many fast fashion chains rely on poorly treated and underpaid workers to produce an over abundance of low quality products for maximum profit. Continued material waste and poor working conditions are unhealthy for both the environment and the world. Another priority of Phoenix Design Concepts is sourcing as many of our materials as possible from the United States, including but not limited to manufacturers of elastic, thread, and zippers. When working with suppliers from overseas, it is a priority that those textiles be sourced from nations with environmentally friendly production regulations.
By using the fewest number of sources possible, we endeavor to reduce the miles from the mills to the final product. Phoenix Design Concepts believes in a “less is more” approach when it comes to production of goods. By focusing on the quality of our sewn goods, we can make sure customers are receiving long lasting products, made in America by workers who are paid a competitive wage, thus reducing the waste that we as a company produce.
