• Original patterns can be created from inspirational images or sketches
• Size scale, if applicable, is discussed and determined
• Patterns already provided by client may need revisions and tested to prove scale is true to size.
• Finished and proven patterns are digitized into Polygon software
• Patterns are graded based on size scale
• Finished patterns are printed for records
• Digital patterns are then sent to cutting service, either PDC or other.
• A sample is made to test pattern for approval in a comparable material.
• 1-2 revisions per style
